Gold Mark collects and processes information needed to operate secure banking-style platform services, verify users, protect accounts, process internal transactions, support users, and maintain compliance records.

Information collected

• Registration details, login records, email and phone verification records.
• KYC documents, proof of address, account-opening proof, and live capture/selfie records.
• Account details, internal transaction records, top-up requests, BTC request records, and support or Pay Rep chat records.
• Notification delivery data, security logs, admin review logs, and Partner API logs where relevant.

Private file protection

Sensitive files are stored privately. Private KYC, live capture, support proof, BTC proof, and Pay Rep proof files are not public assets.

Gold Mark does not publish private document storage locations on public pages. Authorized review is handled through controlled system access.
